My iPhone XR randomly turned off, now it just keeps turning on and off. The only thing coming up on my screen is the black screen with the white apple logo. It just keeps coming up, my lock screen isn't even coming up at all. I'm not sure what to do.

This did not help. My phone is not completely stuck on this screen. The apple logo screen comes up for a few seconds and then it turns black for a few seconds and then the apple logo screen comes up again and it keeps repeating that cycle.
