Video transfer AirDrop stuck on Preparing...

Long video I'm trying to transfer via airdrop from my iPhone 11 to my mac book air. 39:00 stuck on Preparing... after many tries. What should I do?

Airdrop file transfer failing and heating up iPhone 13 Pro I am trying to transfer video file (10 min ProRes 55.88 GB) with Airdrop to MacBook m1 but iPhone get very hot and file transfer failed. With cable it is extremely slow as well. With phone on charging while transferring with airdrop heats up even more.
