The keys 2wsx stopped working on my wireless keyboard. I already tried both these things:
Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
If there's no change, try to reset the SMC on your Mac and let us know what happens from here:

Thank you so much. I never knew about the Keyboard Viewer - very helpful. I am still not able to use any of these keys: 2wsx
I am using a USB-connected keyboard for now, but because it requires an adapter to work with my Thunderbird port, it's a pain. And it means I can't use my USB-connected mouse:(
If you actually have a 12" Retina MacBook, it doesn't have a Thunderbolt (not Thunderbird) capable port. There are docks that can be purchased that would give more than one USB port.
Your MacBook keyboard is defective, you have the option to have it replaced by an authorized Apple service provider.
