iMessages No Longer sending/receiving SMS messages.

iMessages sent from my MacBook Pro to SMS users (Green Bubbles) have started to be "Not Delivered", nor am I receiving messages to my MacBook pro. Messages can be sent to and from the same contacts using my iPhone. This has just recently started. I have restarted my Mac. iMessages (Blue Bubbles) are working fine. Is anyone else having this problem, and if so...how have you resolved it?

Hello RRH770,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! We know how important it is to be able to send and receive SMS messages from your MacBook Pro. We're glad to hear that it is working from your iPhone, with the same contacts.

You'll want to check to see that Text Message Forwarding is still set up and working as expected on both your iPhone and your MacBook Pro. This article will walk you through those steps: How to forward SMS/MMS text messages from your iPhone to your iPad, iPod touch or Mac

If all the settings are accurate, be sure to restart both devices:

Restart your iPhone

Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac

All the best.
