Yes, you may. There is no requirement to save boxes.
There is no requirement for you to keep your iPhone box. I do as I often sell my used devices and I can often get more money for a device with original packaging.
As to keeping the Mac Power adapter, why would you get rid of a good power adapter if it could be useful to you in the future?
