I will try that, but I don’t think it’s related to windows, because it’s not updating also directly from the phone itself
You stated you saw the error on the computer with iTunes. Now, if you are seeing an error when attempting to update Over the Air, that would be a different story, and you should see a different error. What error are you seeing now? That is an iTunes for Windows error. There is no cure for it right now, but a workaround is to remove the passcode on your iPhone and it should update then.
