Hi, I booked my Online Personal Session to learn how to use the new features in the Apple 12 Pro and it was cancelled less than 10 hours before my session. I was sent an email to reschedule and there are no bookings available. Is this normal?
I'm not sure who to contact at Apple as the email has an NoReply function.

Well, as there is a worldwide pandemic that has infected 56 million people worldwide, 11.5 million people in the US and killed 250,000 (as of 11/18) in the US, plans can’t always be followed. You can use the Apple Support app to try to schedule another appointment.

I am aware there's a pandemic and things don't always go to plan. As there were no bookings available when I tried to rebook, I thought there might be an issue that I wasn't aware of at Apple. I will wait a day and see if other bookings become available and otherwise I'll contact Apple Support. Thank you both for your help.
