I have iMac OS 10.15.7 . Created late 2013, not 2014. Does that mean it is not compatible with BigSur?

I have Mac OS 10.15.7, created in late 2013, not 2014. Given that, does it mean that it is not compatible with Big Sure?

That's correct. Big Sur is compatible with 2014 and later iMacs. See compatibility section of: How to upgrade to macOS Big Sur - Apple Support
