Hi, I look at the activity app on my iPhone that is linked to my Apple Watch.

What I’d like to understand is:

the steps showing - does this figure include a recorded dog walk of day 3 miles or does the figure just count for general daily steps round the house, office, shops?

Activity - no total accumulated Steps & Distance Wish Ultra 2 Activity app would show total accumulated Steps & Distance walked on a Weekly basis on the Ultra2 app and on a History basis on the iPhone app. It's really good to know total accumulated Steps & Distance traveled during the Week and Month (not just in a certain type of Walk workout) - should not be so hard for Apple software designers. In fact, total accumlated Steps & Distance walked on a Weekly basis WAS shown on my Series 7 iWatch - why did Apple remove this very helpful feature?

Activity App I need help, my activity app shows Im at 4 workouts for this month but my watch only shows 2. But I’m actually at 6 for the month. So I don’t understand how some are being tracked and some aren’t.

It counts every step you take whether it be just to get somewhere, walk a dog or running.
