Returning Apple Watch

Can anyone tell me why Iworld doesn’t accept returns on an “open watch” which I find ridiculous because I just found out from my sister that my mom bought me an Apple Watch for Christmas and I want to return the one I just bought. I have all the original packaging and I only wore it for like 8hrs so it’s in perfect condition still.

I’m very frustrated because they aren’t cheap and now I might be stuck with it.

please help!

This is what they are telling me they will do since they “don’t return watches” so I’d essentially lose out on $140 on my overall purchase of the watch. How bogus is that!?

"Bogus" means "not genuine or true; fake." Do you have reason to believe they are lying about their return policy? If not, then I'd suggest selling the watch on your own. Or, suggest that your mother return the one that she bought and give you money toward the one you already bought.

Nowhere in their return policy does it say that they do not accept returns on open watches. All they say is that I have 15 days to return the product in like-new condition and with all of the original packaging. Which the watch is still brand new and I have all the original packaging.

Again, that's something you'll need to take up with them. No one here can do anything about the return policy of some random store in Saskatoon.
