Does the Apple Music app allow me to download my Tunes library to my Android phone?
Can I download my iTunes library from my Windows computer to my Android phone using the Apple Music app?
If you subscribe, you get access to iCloud Music Library which would include your iTunes Library if you merge them with iCloud Music Library after , but other than that, nope.
