Can't see groupchat

Thanks for reaching back out to us. If you have tried the steps we gave previously and it didn't help, then we would try these next steps.

First, we recommend reaching out to your carrier to double check your account. Since you are seeing messages from the other chats though, everything could be OK there.

Next, can you have the sender create a new group chat, and then add you in to see if that helps?

It looks like you need some help with Messages on your iPhone. We will be happy to help.

For the group chat, do you know if they are using iPhones or if they're using other devices? The following article has some guidance on group messages, and may shed some light on things as well. To quote the article, "If you send a group message to people who are not using iMessage, then the message is sent as an MMS or SMS message. Group MMS & SMS messages appear in green text bubbles and go through your carrier instead of Apple. Also, when you send a Group SMS, all responses are sent as individual text messages and the recipients can’t see the other responses from the group. "

You may also wish to reach out to your carrier to make sure your account looks OK on their end as well.
