Do you have an account with Wells Fargo? If you log in to your account do you see these charges? If not it is a scam.
If the charges actually appear on your account is your payment method for the iTunes and App Store a Wells Fargo debit card? If it is, see—>If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
