update phone error
Hi trying to update my phone and error 4000 appears

Error 4000 (while updating via iTunes on a computer):
Try this workaround, keeping in mind that keychain and/or Apple Pay (if in use) can be affected (re-input data):
- Disconnect your device from the computer
- Temporarily disable the passcode on your iPhone
- Restart the iPhone
- Restart iTunes
- Reconnect the iPhone to your computer and restart the update procedure.
When finished, re-enable your passcode on your iPhone.
