MacBook Pro Heating up

I recently bought a MacBook pro which was heating up exchanged it for a new one. This one is also heating up. Anyone else having problems with the new MacBook Pro heating up? what have you done to resolve the issue?

A Mac notebook computer is a lot of power and a small package. If you are doing anything requiring reasonable or high processor loads, the machine will get warm particularly on the bottom and between the keyboard/Touch Bar and the display hinge.
