Member already has Apple Cash enabled

Can someone help me setting up apple cash family for my 15 yr old. It tells me this person already has apple cash enabled when on IOS 13 it wouldn’t even allowed me because of her age. Don’t understand.

Why won’t it let me set up my sons Apple Cash family. It says he’s already using Apple Cash but he’s not, if he tries it lets him know he’s not old enough. He’s 13 though. How do o fix the problem of the system saying he’s already using an Apple Cash account when he’s not, because he just turned 13 and he still gets the message that he’s not old enough.

How can I reset a pending Apple Cash family member request? I tried to set up my daughter for Apple Cash with the family setup. She’s 13. On my phone, in family, it says Apple Cash for her ID is pending. On her phone it says Apple Cash is unavailable because she doesn’t meet the minimum age requirement. According to family I should be able to add kids for Apple Cash. Any advise on a fix would be helpful. Thanks

Apply Cash Family My child is 16, has a $0 Apple Cash balance, and has Apple Cash turned off. When I try to enable Apple Cash for her, I get a message saying she already has it enabled. When she tries to re-enable it, she gets a message saying she does not meet the age requirements. She has iOS 14 and I have iOS 15. I have seen articles advising to close her accounts, disable, and then re-add but she had a $0 balance. I can’t figure this one out.

To set up Apple Cash Family you must first close any accounts that children already had. Make sure that the balance is zero then go here - Manage your Apple Cash account - Apple Support next, go here - Set up and use Apple Cash Family. (Additional support links View and limit your child or teen's Apple Cash activity, Leave Apple Cash Family, Apple Cash and person to person payments limits)
