Iphone restore

my iphone6s is disabled because my passcode was apparently incorrect. there was a software update last night which required me to enter a new passcode this AM. however when I enter what I thought the passcode was it was wrong and now it disabled my phone. I am trying to restore.I have worked my way through to the "restore" screen on iphone but i can seem to get further. I'm hooked to my computer but i cant seem to go further.
