I used to be able quickly share with recent contacts from the top of the Share drop down. It would be the folks I text or email or FB Message the most, which was nice. Now they don’t appear. One person I rarely FB message with showed up for a few days but no one else. Was that feature removed or do I have to turn it on again somewhere?

Tap Settings > Siri & Search, and ensure Suggestions when Sharing is enabled. If already enabled, disable the setting, restart your iPhone, turn the setting back on, and then test the behavior.
