battery replacement

I purchase my iphone in japan but I love in the philippines however the mobilecare in the philippines can’t replace my battery for Iphone 7 because of selected servicable model . the customer support did not provide alternative solution. Now they want me to go to japan just replacing a battery amid of pandemic Come on!
