how to access pictures from ipad on iphone using family share

i have photos on 1 icloud account (iPhone), and my husband bought me an iPad pro (with pencil) to draw/edit photos on that device (with another iCloud account - for business reasons)...

we set up family sharing... sooo now what?

how do i edit my photos from the shared primary (iPhone) account?
