Enter password for outlook

A few weeks ago I changed my outlook password and since then every other day, and sometime more often. a notification comes up saying enter password for my outlook. There are two options underneath, edit setting or cancel. If I press edit setting it takes me to the settings app but no where within the app, just the main menu. What do I do and how do I stop the message coming up?
