I can’t sign in to my App Store on my new iPhone 12
So it keeps asking me to sign in , once I do that tells me It failed
But it shows I am sign on, but can’t update any apps

If you have created a new apple ID then you will have to set your billing and shipping address in your account information before you can download any app.
If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information
- If you have an unpaid balance or payment due
- If you have a subscription that automatically renews
- If you're using the iTunes Store or App Store for the first time
- If you are not in the country or region you’re creating an Apple ID for
- If you changed your country or region
- If you're a part of Family Sharing
