Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I’ve been trying to backup my new iPhone 12 for the last 3weeks. Every time I try I fails. There’s no reason given it just fails. I’ve got it plugged into power and in Lock Screen mode.
I’ve rebooted the iPhone many times but doesn’t help. I’m anxious about losing my information.
any help would be much appreciated.

Greetings Jhon, have you've checked that you have enough space on the cloud? Or maybe that you account it's synced? Maybe that could be your problem, I it doesn't works, I would highly recommend talking to a specialist.

Where are you trying to back up to?
Problem solved. I took it to Apple Care and they fixed it for me.

I can’t get my iPhone 12 to backup my iPhone.
