I want to cancel subscription but I don’t have and there’s charge

Nothing to cancel. The Apple One subscription is just being suggested there, but its not actually active. As evidenced by the "You do not have any subscriptions" text in your screenshot.
If you are seeing a charge on your payment method's statement then its not for Apple One.
The problem is with a Microsoft Office 365 subscription that can't be charged. Since it cannot be charged, there's nothing yet to cancel.
If you downloaded Microsoft Word, Powerpoint or Excel at some point it would contain a subscription that would try to renew.
You'll need to contact Apple support directly to work this out, as you will likely be required to allow the charge to complete successfully before you can cancel it. You can then request a refund.
