To start, can you tell us if this message appears with every song that you attempt to play? Does this message appear when you try to play songs that have been downloaded for offline play?
We see that you are connected with Wi-Fi in the screenshot. Do you notice the same issue after connecting with cellular data instead? Are the date and time displayed correctly on your device right now?
