Constant calls about iCloud breach
How can I stop constant calls supposedly from Apple support that there is an iCloud breach on my devices. I delete and block and they continue every minute today.
iPhone 7, iOS 14

One option to consider is Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers. It is 100% effective for me. See: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support
For me, they'll leave a voicemail with nothing on it but static. Just today, one slipped through from Indiana (don't live there) and it said 'Silenced Call' plus 'Voicemail' (30 seconds of static).

100% effective Fox? I've got it on and some calls are still slipping through. 🙁
I've used it for many months and never had a single call that was not in my contacts ring. They can still leave a voicemail but most scam callers don't bother.
