Cannot sign out on iCloud due to restrictions iPhone 12 pro max

Ever since the new update, if you go to your phone and try and sign out, won’t let you. Says cannot sign out due to restrictions, also the headphone safety cannot be turned off. Anyone else experiencing this? I contacted support and waiting right now.
