I’m trying to backup my files on a new iPhone 7 Plus
My last backup was done on an iPhone 6s Plus 16gb and I’ve changed it to iPhone 7 Plus 128gb but whenever I want to do backup it keeps telling me I have less storage

If you are backing up to iCloud you may not have enough iCloud storage for the backup. You would need to buy additional iCloud storage: Go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud/Manage Storage - Change Storage Plan.
