Have you done "About this Mac?" That shows the year the model was introduced under sub-model.

If you are looking for the actual WEEK it was made, you need to use a third-pary lookup site--I don't trust them very much--or get the free battery status app Coconut Battery (https://www.coconut-flavour.com/coconutbattery/). IT home screen show the computer's date of manufacture:

There is no way to tell from a Model Number.

The Model Number identifies a generation of systems, such as 'MacBook Pro, 15", 2018', but this not only covers all the variations within that model (e.g. CPU frequency, memory, etc.), but also lasts for the entire model lifetime, so could span a couple of years.

A quick search shows that Model Number belonging to the 2013-generation of 15" MacBook Pro, which puts the build date somewhere in the 2012/2013 timeline.

What's more relevant is the Order number (usually in the form of Mxnnnxx/A) which will narrow down a specific variation which may have a narrower manufacturing window or, even better, the serial number which can be decoded to determine actual build date via https://appleserialnumberinfo.com/Desktop/index.php
