On my iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 14 I had a fitness widget- since swapping over to the pro max the fitness/activity custom iOS widget has disappeared never to be added again.
Similar to some people now having the Spotify widget. I have no such thing. I have held onto the screen looked through the widget options and neither are there. I am now left with a blank space were it used to be for the fitness. Does anyone know why this is?

To start, we’d like to be sure that you have the latest version of iOS 14 installed for your device. Please follow these instructions to back up and update your device:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
We also see that you may have some third party apps installed to help with your widgets. Do you notice any similar issues with these apps removed or disabled for now?
