Items in iCloud Documents folder not being found by Spotlight

I have Desktop & Documents stored in iCloud.

Spotlight will not find anything in my Documents folder. Obviously this is a major problem.

What’s odd is that it’s just my Documents folder. Desktop and other iCloud Drive folders don’t have this problem.

I’ve added and removed the Documents folder from Spotlight Privacy, and allowed it to reindex, with no change.

Help please?

macOS 10.15.7.

It’s working now. Apparently the reindexing worked, or something.
