NBC App Video Playback Error

Hi - I get a constant video player error on my Apple TV when attempting to use the NBC app.

"Video Player Error. Unable to play video. Please try again."

This affects both live streaming and historical clips.

It used to work.

• So far, I have:
• Updated software to tvOS 12.2.1 (16L250)
• Deinstalled & reinstalled NBC app
• Signed out and logged back into my tv provider
• Rebooted router
• Restarted Apple TV

For elimination:

• ABC streaming works fine on this Apple TV
• MSNBC streaming from web browser works fine on computers/ iPads/ iPhones connected to same router.

Any ideas here? - Thx
