Changing Countries with less than US$1 in account
I need to change countries and have US$.76 left in my account. The system will not allow me to do this. How / where do I spend US$.76??? Thanks for your help.

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
