Is there any student discounts for the new Macbook Air or MacBook pro??
If so, what's the maximum discount can one get?

Just change the country once you have the page loaded. I'm in the US and tried to change it and could not. We are all other users here, not Apple, so you may need to check with Apple if the education program is available in your country.
