Cancelling Starz Trial Subscription

Good Day,

I bought the 7-day trial on Apple TV app for my wife on Nov. 14th but she is not really interested in the shows. Therefore, today I went to go and cancel it but it says that it already charged my account. Can someone please make sure my subscription is cancelled and refund me the $8.99 it charged me? Technically today should have been the last day for my free subscription.
