Can't relocate library, Logic has full access

I'm using macOS 11, Logic 10.6. I have a new 2TB external hard drive. Formatted MacOS Extended.

Logic has full disk access. It's not a time machine drive.

I get the error "Error: content relocation could not be completed"

Migration Assistant Broken? Ok, I have a 2017 Macbook Pro with a 250 GB SSD, with 127GB available so I've use about 123 GB. Now I want to migrate to a Mac Mini M1 with a 250 GB SSD with 214 GB free (using about 36 GB) Both are on MacOS Monterey 12.3.1 so Migration Assistant should work right? I've done a complete erase and new install on the target Mac Mini M1. On the older Macbook Pro, I've uninstalled things like OneDrive, links to external drives, Synology servers for Time Machine, etc, and rebooted numerous times. So now, when I try Migration Assistant, the target Mini says my Library on the original Macbook is 883.97 GB (on a 250 GB SSD) so I don't have enough room. WHAT?? Running Info on the Library folder shows 8 GB in use, not 883 GB. I've read about this, searching suggests this has been a problem for years! What is the fix APPLE.COM

Error: Content relocation could not be completed Unable to move Sound Library to an external drive. Instructions from support.apple.com is not working. I did the following and issue continues: HDD formatted as MacOS Extended (Journaled) Logged in as administrator Removed and reinstalled Logic Pro Logic Pro has Full Disk Access Delete previous Logic Pro library Restart computer and Logic Pro when performing the above task. The sound library hasn't been fully installed. I'm only moving 1.43GB of content. The external HDD has over 300GB of free space. Has Apple suspended or terminated the feature? Attached are screenshots showing everything is in place.

Error: Content relocation could not be completed I recently bought a new external SSD and want to relocate my current Logic sound library to it, I currently have the sound library on a separate external SATA drive. When I select "Relocate Sound Library..." under the Logic Pro menu and choose either my new external SSD or my internal hard drive I'm immediately given the error: "Error: Content relocation could not be completed" I've checked LogicProHelp and it seems others are experiencing the same issue but haven't been able to solve it. I have tried everything suggest there including: -Reseting preferences via Logic menu -Deleting preferences via user library files -Allowing "Full Disk Access" to Logic Pro -Deleting Logic Pro app and re-downloading from the App Store I am currently on Big Sur 11.0.1 and Logic 10.6.0. Has anybody else experienced this issue or solved it? Thank you

I actually solved this by resetting Logic's preferences to default. Then closing and reopening Logic it asked me to allow it to access removable drives again. But it already did have access in the Security panel.... go figure.
