Any word on a new imac with m1 chip?

I'm an avid iMac user. Mine is 5 years old, and I'm anxious to upgrade to an iMac with an M1 chip. Any ideas as to when a new iMac with M1 will be available?

I am giving some serious thought about moth-balling my very old Early 2009 24" iMac and buying an Apple-refurbished M1 21.5" iMac. Anyone have a 27 inch iMac i7 chip 2013 with Big Sur running? Frustrated that a high end machine that doesn't seem that old is not supported by Big Sur when other lower end 2013 models are.
