My Iphone cannot connect to cellular data or wifi. it is iphone 11 pro max china version

I have iphone 11 pro max with dual nano sim ( Honk Kong version). Suddenly it lost connection to internet. cannot join via cellular data or wifi. I tried restarting the phone. Also tried resetting network settings. If anyone can help.

We understand that you're unable to connect to Wi-Fi or your Cellular data service on your iPhone Pro Max. We're happy to help!


Follow the steps in the article below for help with the cell service on your phone.

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad 


We also recommend checking to see if there is a carrier update that needs to be installed.

Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad


You may also want to contact your wireless carrier to see if anything is happening on their end.
