How to schedule power OFF/ ON?
for example:
I want to schedule iPhone to power off at 1:00 am and turn on at 6:00 am daily.
just like I could do this easily in android phone settings.
how to do that?

From what we've read on your post, is you want to schedule your iPhone to automatically power on/off. While currently, there isn't a feature to allow scheduled the iPhone to power on/off. You can submit feedback using this link for features that aren't implemented: Feedback
There is a Do Not Disturb feature. You can silence calls, alerts, and notifications that you get while your device is locked around the times you're seeking to turn off the iPhone: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
