I have been billed Ghc 181.14 for iTunes but haven’t made e over 90 since I started using this July

I have been billed Ghc 181.14 for iTunes this evening at 18:41 hours GMT but haven’t made any purchase over 90 days since I started using this phone July ending. Please clarify whatever it is cos I don’t have that money to spare. Hoping for an urgent response
