IPhone 7Plus software update failed

IPhone 7Plus did not update I got a very weird screen that said: support.apple.com/iphone/restore.My phone now is dead. Any ideas what to do?

Please connect your iPhone 7 Plus to a computer (Mac or Windows PC with iTunes) and restore it.
