Subtracting time to give me hours in decimals in Numbers

I am setting up a time sheet and want to subtract on time from another to give me hours with decimal places instead of minutes. For example 14:30 - 13:00 would be 1.5 hours, not 1 hour 30 minutes. Any solution?

Subtract two times in apple numbers "ERROR" i have a pop-up menu with time from 15:45 till 20:00 and i have another one with the same time i wanna use it to calculate the extra time i work but if i start the pop-up menu with Blank i always get an error when i try to subtract for example 17:45 - 15:45 if both cells are blank there is no error but the moment i put a time in one cell i get the error. some help please, Thank you.
