Hey!So i tried to download new app,and when i tap on “get” iz said i need to pay for a free app?I never saw it so can you help me?

Any app, including free apps, which offer In-App purchases require that you have a valid payment method on your account. If you don't have a payment method, you can't download the app until you do have a payment method.
