Copy home screen layout on iPhone / iPad / macbook without manually rearraging all the widgets.

I recently got an iPhone 12. I have arranged the Home Screen / widgets in a manner that reflects my use.

Can i copy the home screen layout of my iPhone 12 to my ipad or macbook without manually rearraging all the widgets? Is there some sort of automatic sync available?

I would like to have the home screens on my phone and ipad look the same
