How do I take these off my screen?

I have no idea what these icons are but they will not go away. I’ve tried going into the settings and everything.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

you enabled an accessibility feature..

go to Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content

if you have Speak Screen switch turned on and the Speech Controller turned on.. that would enable menus like you are seeing.

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot of your iPhone, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images / pictures speak louder than words. Do not provide any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable. Etc.
