sound problem in iphone se 2

Why sound is not coming for videos in safari and WhatsApp status and if we refresh or if we go back and play the same video then video plays correctly.what is the problem and how to solve it?

iPhone SE, iOS 14

I can hear sounds, but the problem is when i am seeing WhatsApp video status for some videos the sound gets break and if we see the same status again the sound gets cleared and vice versa

And the same for the videos on Instagram and safari
