Roblox continuing to charge and blaming apple

I emailed Roblox to cancel premium membership which they said they have done yet I am still being charged, they have advised I contact apple which is what is billed on my credit card, my credit card provider has said the same thing however these are on androids and Im unsure how to progress. Anyone experienced this or able to help. TIA

If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support


If you still can't find out what made the charges,

Contact apple by the link in that article.
