If you still can't find your AirPod or Charging Case, or if something is damaged, get the serial number and then contact Apple Support for a replacement. Then learn how to set up your replacement.

The warranty does not cover loss or theft.

If you lost only the Airpods and not the case, you can buy replacements.

If you lost the complete set, you're better off just buying a new set.
