I am thinking of buying the new 13” MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. I read a review saying that Zoom and some other non-Apple apps do not work well with it yet. I depend on Zoom and Quickbooks. Should I be worried?

I am not sure what reviews you are reading, but the first review I read said Zoom had no issues, and its performance was "impressive", but that it depleted the battery (which is no surprise, it should be plugged in for Zoom calls).
