How well does Zoom and Quickbooks work on M1 MacBook?

I am thinking of buying the new 13” MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. I read a review saying that Zoom and some other non-Apple apps do not work well with it yet. I depend on Zoom and Quickbooks. Should I be worried?

Some third-party apps will require Rosetta 2 in order to be ran on a Mac with Apple silicon:

It doesn't appear that QuickBooks is compatible yet with macOS BigSur, and you'll want to reach out to the developer to further confirm:
