not receiving texts from non ios devices

i just ported my number over to Verizon from ATT and now i cant receive text messages from non IOS devices or group texts that include non IOS devices. The port has been completed. Please help

Cant send or receive texts from non iphone users For a day now i cant send or receive texts from non iphone users. even when i went to verizon for a separate issue the text they send to allow access didnt come through. I have reset MMS/SMS messages, updated software, restarted phone, reset apple id password, and all other suggested items and still nothing. Any other ideas?

SMS is managed by your carrier. You need to contact Verizon’s tech support to resolve this.
